She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Hart and Evelyn Hart (Taylor); her husband Clifford "Cliff" Smith; and her sons, Scott and Barry Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Sheila Hoskins (Gary) of Girard; her grandchildren, Chad Jessen, Josh Smith, Wesley Smith, Jennifer Smith, Kristin Smith, Shane Jessen and Wade Smith; and her sister Penny Bandor of Springfield. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
