He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Sterling Allen and Irene Louise Allen (Perrottot); his wife Joann Wertz; his children, Barbie Meyers (Larry), Phil Allen of Girard and Jeff Allen (Nadine Voyles) of Girard; his grandchildren, Rob Meyers (Lisa Moriconi), Ryan Meyers (Dacia), CJ Meyers (Melissa Thomas), Cari Perce (Adam) and Amanda Allen; his great grandchildren, Alyssa Green (Zach), Sidney Meyers, Maksim Meyers, Braylen Perce, Jillian Meyers, Kanden Perce, Kalli Avera, Rylee Avera and Kelsey Avera; his grandchildren, Morgan Moriconi, Sophie Moriconi, Natalie Moriconi, Ethan Thomas, Ella Thomas and Emrie Thomas; his brother Wayne; and his sister-in-law Carol Allen. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
