He was predeceased by: his parents, Laverne Pittard and Dorothy Pittard (Wetmore); his wife Nancy Lee Pittard (Chambers); and his brothers, David, Ronnie, Dick and Paul Pittard.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Duff of Los Angeles, CA, Kandra Kennedy (Gary) of Girard, IL and Brenda Hawkins (Greg) of Vancouver, WA; his grandsons, Michael Johnson, Brandon DeGrout and Shane Duff; and his nephew Lonnie Pittard (Lisa). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren.
