He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlyn Mayfield and Vivian Mayfield (Cain); his stepfather Paul Felmet; his sons, Randy and Mike Mayfield; and his brother Darrell Felmet.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jenkins of Girard, IL; his daughters, Lisa Miller (Darrin) of Nilwood, IL and Jenny Van Deventer (Chris) of Springfield, IL; and his brother Terry W. Mayfield (Margret) of Raymond, IL. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
