He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Evans and Catherine Costa Evans. He is survived by: his children, Lori Dodd (Brian) of Girard, IL, Angela Evans of Girard, IL and Jackie Lee Evans (Amanda) of Iuka, MS; and his siblings, Paul Gregory of Virden, IL, Mary Yon of Virden, IL and Jerry Evans of Litchfield, IL. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
