She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Emery and Edna Stratton Emery; her spouse Harchel Murphy; her grandchildren, Julia Murphy and Maegan Walden; and her siblings, Eola James, Lucille Poore, Edmond Junior Emery and Jerry Emery.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy Ayres (Brad) of Girard, Annette Murphy of Auburn, Darlene Pratt of Girard, Mike Murphy (Lacee) of Girard and John Murphy (Amy) of Scottville; and her brothers, Billy Emery (Betty) of Dover and Bobby Emery of Girard. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
