He is survived by: his sons, William Scott Crouch (Lori) of Fairmont, WV and Ronald Eugene Crouch (Terri) of Johnstown, CO; his grandchildren, Andrew Scott Crouch (Adriana) of Fairmont, WV, Franchesca Nichole Budd of Columbia, SC, Robert Ian Foley of Fairview, WV, Sarah Nikole Foley of Fairmont, WV, Hayley Sahara Crouch of Johnstown, CO and Sean Thomas Crouch of Johnstown, CO; his great grandchildren, Malakai David Scott Crouch of Fairmont, WV and Nikolai Bradley Jo Crouch of Fairmont, WV; his siblings, Robert Stanley Crouch (Randy), Marilyn Caufield (Jack), Martha Grace Dollins and Rita DeBarr (Carl); and his close friend Mary Ann Smith of Girard, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
