With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gene K. Roseberry of Girard, Illinois, born in Danville, Illinois, who passed away on February 7, 2023 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gene K. Roseberry to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Roseberry and Beulah Roseberry (Nichols); his wife Mary Katheryn Phillips; his son William David Roseberry; and his brother Bob Roseberry.
He is survived by: his children, Michael G. Roseberry of Girard, Dan Roseberry (Mary Kathleen) of Girard and Mary Beth Roseberry (Terrence Moore) of Girard; and his stepsons, Calvin Phillips (Denise) of Littleton, IL and Markham Phillips (Tammy) of Harker Heights, TX. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested and may be made to Blooming Grove Christian Church or Muscular Dystrophy Association and will be received by Airsman & Calvert Funeral Home in Virden who is honored to be caring for Gene's family.
