It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Moye Nagel of Girard, Illinois, who passed away on March 24, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George M. Adams and Ruth E. Adams (Quick); her husband Art; and her brothers, Robert Adams, George Adams, Dean Adams and Roy Adams.
She is survived by: her children, Kathie Ellis (James), Marty Nagel (Barb) and John Nagel (Patti); her grandchildren, Jennifer Ward Ellis, Michael Ellis, Ben Ellis, Amanda Nagel, Elissa Nagel, Kyle Nagel, Nicholas Nagel, Matthew Nagel and Emily Nagel; her great grandchildren, Malaki Chatmon, Liliana Ward, Nicolas Ward, Levi Ellis, Samuel Ellis, Grace Ellis, Serenity Horton, Maci Nagel, Elliot Nagel, Ezra Nagel and Felix Orama; and her sisters-in-law, Rosella Adams and Phyllis Adams.
Memorials may be made to Girard Community Center or the Girard Fire and Rescue.
