She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ibra and Josephine Burns (Wyatt); her husband Vic Whitler; her son James Mark Whitler; and her great grandchild William Dale Aeschleman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicky Jo Godfrey of Boise, ID, Connie Lambert (Jerry) of Flossmoor, IL and Karen Snell of Modesto, IL; and her sister Evelyn Lane of Sullivan, IL. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Girard Fire and Rescue and First Christian Church.
