He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Pitchford Smith of Girard; his wife Lori Kemp of Girard, IL; his sons, Tyler D. Smith (Megan) of Virden, IL and Derek A. Smith (Chelsey) of Williamsville, IL; his grandchildren, Kye David, Kendrek, Azlyn and Tevin; and his siblings, Diana Brown (Brett) of Girard, IL, Randy Smith (Colean) of Girard, IL, Dawn Webb (Eric) of Raymond, IL and Danielle Marshall (Kyle) of Farmersville, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
