He is survived by: his parents, George Smith and Beaulah Kellem Smith; his wife Marcia K. Smith of Girard, IL; his daughter Sheila K. Hoskins (Gary) of Girard, IL; his siblings, Doris Johnson of Harvel, IL, Sharon (Gary) and Gary Smith (Glenda) of Girard, IL; his sons, Scott Smith and Barry Smith; and his brothers, Ronald Smith and Ed Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and his faithful and loving dog, Ellie. Preceding in death were his parents.
