It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayde Everett Olmsted of Gillespie, Illinois, born in Litchfield, Illinois, who passed away on September 2, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Olmsted and Elsie Mae Olmsted Baldridge (Richards); his sister Pam Darte (Robert); and his brothers-in-law, Mike Valenti and Robert Nolan.

He is survived by: his child Jamie Olmsted; his grandchild Alaina Olmsted; and his siblings, Fran Valenti Nolan of Gillespie, IL, Richard Olmsted of Mount Olive, IL, Mike Olmsted of Benld, IL, Andy Olmsted (Beth) of Staunton, IL and Wayne Olmsted (Peggy) of Florida.
