He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Heaps (Kelly) of Gillespie, IL and Anita Mathers (Don) of Kingman, AZ; his grandchildren, Christina, Nickole, Dylan, Caitlin and Blake; and his siblings, Wayne Blevins (Doris) of Dorchester, IL, Alberta "Bert" Shempf of Peoria, IL and Vi Edwards of Gillespie, IL.. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
