We are sad to announce that on September 17, 2021, at the age of 82, Rosalie Ann Garrett of Gillespie, Illinois, born in Litchfield, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Valerio and Verna Valerio (May); her husband Philip D. Garrett; her siblings, Joann Tilley and Gerald Valerio; and her nephew Mike Tilley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa Beebe of Litchfield, IL and Patty Garrett of Springfield, IL; her stepdaughter Jennifer Garrett of Rogersville, AL; her grandchildren, Raymond Beebe and Jessica Hammon; her great grandchildren, Ashlyn Beebe and Josie Beebe; and her brother-in-law Jerry Tilley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
