He is survived by: his children, Eric Cunningham of Springfield, IL and Donna Trask of Springfield, IL; his grandchildren, Shanda Richey, Lee Barnes and Craig Barnes; his great grandchildren, K'Leeonna Traylor, Larry Singleton, Layla Singleton, La'Damien Singleton, La'Mont Singleton and River Cunningham; his sisters, Joyce Bertoldi and Eleanor Veschak; and his close friend Ruth Lockhart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
