He was predeceased by: his parents, Maggie Holtorf (Lilly) and Robert Holtorf; his stepson Brian A Zumwalt; and his siblings, John Holtorf (Arnold), George Holtorf and Margaret Sloan.
He is survived by: his children, Allen Holtorf of Brighton, IL and Tracy (Holtorf); his wife Linda; his stepchildren, Amy Furkin (John) of Gillespie, IL, Brenda (Frensco), Schehl (Edward) of Mt and Wesley Ray Zumwalt II (Margaret) of Wilsonville, IL; his siblings, Connie Smith of Gillespie, IL and Daniel Holtorf (Bonnie) of Jerseyville, IL.; and also Mary Lahr.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Kravanya Funeral Home (203 E Elm St, Gillespie, IL 62033). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
