He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena Biebel, Sr. (Brauer) and Nicholas H. Biebel, Sr.; and his brother Paul Joseph Biebel. He is survived by: his sister Diane Keilman (Biebel) of The Dalles, OR. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
