She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Hauschild and Mathilda Heyen Hauschild; her husband Robert A. Reid; and her siblings, Dorothy Weaks, Norma Padgett, Judy Douglass, Carl Hauschild and Earl Hauschild.

She is survived by: her children, Dennis Reid (Judy) of Gillespie, IL, David Reid (Cheryl) of Mt Olive, IL, Gary Reid (Amy) of Gillespie, IL and Julie Wargo (Ed) of Carlinville, IL; her grandchildren, Heather, Danielle, Michael, Kelly, Tim, Eldon, Emily and Nola; and her siblings, Clarence Hauschild, Raymond Hauschild of Edwardsville, IL and JoAnn Tilashalski of Edwardsville, IL.. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church.
