She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry William Heyen and Lois E Dilliard Heyen; her daughter Elizabeth Lois Young; and her siblings, Harold Heyen, Helen McNeel and Doris Clark.
She is survived by: her husband Alex "Blackie" Young of Gillespie, IL; her children, Kim Anne Young of Gillespie, IL, Stewart Young (Julie) of Litchfield, IL and Laura Young of Springfield, IL; her grandchildren, Stewart, Jr. (Chelsea), Jennifer (Josh) and Jared (Dolly); her great grandchildren, Christian, Noah and Tyler; and her sisters-in-law, Lynn Heyen and Margaret Odorizzi. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Gillespie Cemetery (115 Macoupin St, Gillespie, IL 62033).
