She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert M. Reid and Elizabeth Hendren Reid; and her brothers, Robert, James, William and John.

She is survived by: her daughter Tracey Kreipe (Kevin) of Thayer, IL; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Smith (Bennett), Nolan Kreipe (Zoe) and Colin Kreipe; and her great grandchild Elliott Smith (Jack Matlack).

Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Gillespie Public Library.
