He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Klaus and Clara Klaus (Bouillon); and his siblings, Stanley Klaus, Ray Klaus, Velma Arter and Lucille Ballinger.
He is survived by: his former wife Jacquelyn Fuess; his wife Jackie Klaus of Gillespie, IL; his children, Patty Audo (Al) of Chillicothe, IL, Sydney Stolte (Bill) of Edwardsville, IL, Veronica Klaus of Sharon Springs, NY, Barry Klaus (Terri) of Decatur, TX and Jack Crane (Susan) of Ballwin, MO; and his sister Eileen Morehead of Greenville, SC. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren; 8 Great Grandchildren.
