She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Wagner and Irma Johanntosettel; her husband Alfred "Chick" Purdy; her grandsons, Shane and Micheal; and her sister Carol Rogier (Wagner).
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Middleton of Benld, IL, Shari Overturf (Richard) of Eagarville, IL, Lori Keller of Mt Olive, IL and Randy Estell (Lesly) of Mt Olive, IL; her grandchildren, Trisha, Crystal, Billy, Davy, Melisa, Selena, Jiles, Stormee, Shelby, Travis and Olivia; and her niece Jennifer Stephenson (Rogier). She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren.
