It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoElla Alderson of Gillespie, Illinois, born in Litchfield, Illinois, who passed away on March 11, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Edward Madden Sr. and Charlotte Thomas Madden; and her brothers, Thomas Madden, James Madden and Jerry Madden.
She is survived by: her children, James Kent and Kristine Clarice; her husband James Alderson; her children, Kent Alderson (Kim Swan), Sean Alderson (Tammy) and Kris Lytton (Mike); her grandchildren, Ryan Alderson, Nathan Alderson, Alex Lytton, Alan Lytton and Deana Hampton; and her brother Eugene Madden. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
