She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Green and Esther Bradley Green; her husband Donald R. Clark; her granddaughter Randi Clark; her son-in-law Jim Tiburzi; and her siblings, Blanche, Hazel, Lloyd and Bob.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Clark Jr. (Paula) of Staunton, IL, Elaine Hailstone (Mike) of Gillespie, IL and Patty Tiburzi of Sawyerville, IL; her grandchildren, Amy Hailstone (Paul), Chris Hailstone (Jenny), Stephanie White (Jeff), Craig Tiburzi (Michelle), Tara Blankenship (Chad), Whitney Curtis (Brad), Jaime Montgomery (Kyle) and Heather; and her great grandchildren, Cameron, Carson, Sophia, Madilyn, Ayden, Izabella, Ava, Reese, Emma, Aria, Owen, Griffin, Natali and Landon.
