It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald W. Skelton of Gillespie, Illinois, born in Lincoln, Illinois, who passed away on July 14, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Skelton and Ruby Benedict Skelton; and his brother Thomas Skelton. He is survived by: his former wife Paula Skelton; his children, Nathan Stone of Champaign, IL, Winter Schafer (Johnney Lowe), Tabetha (Howard Schultz) and Ruth Garcia; and his siblings, Bonnie Miller (Richard), Michael Skelton, Tony Skelton and Carla Mattingly (Tracy).
