She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Cox and Pearl Cox (Cottingham); her son Daniel Opel; and her sister Kay Griswold. She is survived by: her son Darin Opel of Worden, IL; her sisters, Mina Baker of Shipman, IL and Jan Stanley of Brighton, IL; and her close friend Patty Page. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
