It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vannie William Orton (Gilberts, Illinois), born in Duck River, Tennessee, who passed away on June 14, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sisters, Dolly and Claudine. He is survived by: his parents, John Orton and Mary Lucille Orton; his wife Janice; and his children, Debra Trimmer (Chuck), Russell Dillingham (Gwen) and Gwenn Haanio (Stephen). He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to St. Peter's Lutheran Church of Gilberts.
