He was predeceased by: his sibling Giuseppe Maglio (Maria). He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Tom Gaetano Maglio (Carolyn), Graziella Maglio and Magdalene Maglio (Vaughn); and his siblings, Sebastiano Maglio (Concetta), Antonino Maglio (Dominica) and Rosalia Galati (Santo). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
