She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Harold and Ruth Johnson; her parents, John "Jack" Kellen and Carol Kellen (Johnson); and her uncle Harold Johnson.
She is survived by: her brother Gregory Kellen of Mendota, Illinois; her niece Lauren Kellen of Roscoe, Illinois; her nephews, Noah Kellen (Jessica) of Dekalb and Dr. Adam Kellen of Billings, Montana; her aunts, Donna Lindgren (Les) of Clermont and Mary Ellen Johnson; and her cousin Eric Johnson of Western Springs, Illinois.. She is also survived by her friends and family.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to Advocate Sherman Hospital in Elgin, Illinois in Jaqueline's name.
