He was predeceased by: his parents, William Everett and Elizabeth Faye Maynard (Pritchard); and his siblings, Bill, David, Max, Clyde, Herbert Eugene, Bob, Donnie, Larry Maynard, Kathleen and Eileen Koberlein.
He is survived by: his daughter Sandra Hardt (Wes) of Sharon, WI; his stepchildren, Roger Kilzer of Charleston, IL and Vicky Wurl (Larry) of Rantoul, IL; his sister Vanda Turner (Dwight) of Norris City, IL; and his sisters-in-law, Joanne Maynard and Glenda Maynard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
