She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Schutte and Eileen Brokate Schutte; her husbands, Robert A. Barnes and David E. Edmonds; and her siblings, Connie Jamison, Mary Meyers and Charles Edward Schutte Jr..

She is survived by: her sons, Bob Barnes (Mary) of Chandler, AZ, Chris Edmonds (Theresa) of Mahomet, IL, Michael Edmonds (Amy) of Phoenix, AZ and Greg Edmonds of Minneapolis, MN; her grandchildren, Bobby, Mitchell, Caitlin, Abigail, Jonathan, Kendyl, Chatman, Noah, Samuel and Abby; and her sisters, Lanora Riggle (Mike) of Florida and Linda Schutte of Florida. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
