He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clem Bane and Fern Walden Bane; his wife LeEtta Bane of Gibson City; his sons, Scott Bane (Susan) of Mahomet and Michael Bane (Lori Blanchard) of Gibson City; his grandchildren, Nichole Goudy (Brett), Zachary Bane (Cara), Cory Bane and Sarah Bane (Matt Trueblood); and his great grandchildren, Avery Bane, Axl Bane and Brett Goudy.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Evangelical Lutheran Church or to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
