She was predeceased by: her husband John R. Bell; her parents, Bob Samet and Dolly Samet; and her brother Darrell. She is survived by: her children, John Bell (Heidi) of Gibson City and Theresa Dengler (Scott) of Saint Peters; her granddaughters, Emily, Katie and Abby; and her sister Connie Szatowski (Bill) of Mahomet.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made directly to the family for the educational expenses of her grandchildren.
