She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy E. "Gene" Allen and Mildred Scott Allen; and her brothers, Lenny and Larry Allen. She is survived by: her husband Jack Fields of Gibson City; her children, Jackie Lynn Fields of Gibson City, David Allen Fields (Loretta) of Gibson City and Dee Anne Doss (Larry) of Elliott; and her siblings, Kenny Allen (Bonnie) of Gibson City, Gary Allen (Lynn) of Gibson City, Kathy Jo Rutledge of Gibson City and Kelley Allen (Robbie Lee) of Tampa, Florida..
