He is survived by: his father Les; his wife Mindy Tiek of Germantown; his children, Ethan Blankenship of Panama, Myron Tiek of Germantown and Emma Tiek of Germantown; his sister Ashleigh Cornwell (Rob) of Perrysburg, OH; his nieces, Alaina and Chloe Cornwell; his siblings, Kristina, Hailey and Tiffany; his mother-in-law Tina Ash of Panama; and his sisters-in-law, Robby Benson (Kim) of Panama and Kyle Benson (Debbie) of Panama.
