It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rickey W. Benhoff of Germantown, Illinois, born in Breese, Illinois, who passed away on July 28, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert "Benny" and Marcella "Sally"; his brother Mark Raymond Benhoff; and his grandparents, Frank, Benhoff, Henry, Mary and Grapperhaus.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Langenhorst (Dave) of Germantown; his nieces and nephews, Kelly Cuneo (Moises), Jason Tebbe (Terra), Melissa Huckleberry (Dave) and Brent Tebbe (Tina); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alexander, Gabriella Cuneo, Benjamin Tebbe, Brody and Hannah Huckleberry.
Memorials may be made to the donor's choice and will be received at the church or through Moss Funeral Home who is serving the family.
