He is survived by: his brother Ron Lewis of Chesapeake, VA; his nieces and nephews, Jimmie Haines (Kellie) of Marissa, Paul "Sam" Haines (Angel) of Waynesboro, TN, Angel Haines of O'Fallon, Tomi White of O'Fallon and Buddy Joe Haines of Collinsville; and his cousins, Ray Geller of Belleville, Cindy Whaley of St. Peters, MO, Jimmy Gonzales, Connie Calero and Steve Schroeder.
