She was predeceased by: her parents, Mose Reed and Felda C. Reed (Rhoades); her husband Willard K. Evans; her great grandchild Kylie Helems; and her siblings, Velma, Imogene, Mildred, Edward and Warren.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Vaughan (Ron) of Eureka, IL, Don Evans of Bayview Gardens, IL and Pamela Mason (Dennis) of Washington, IL; her grandchildren, Scott Vaughan (Lisa), Jason Helems, Tara Vaughan, Valerie Helems and Ryan Vaughan; her great grandchildren, MacKenzie Junis, Kamden Boone, Alexis Vaughan, Gage Junis, Adalyn Vaughan, Sophia Junis, Samuel Vaughan, Haidyn Vaughan, Chase Helems, Katlyn Helems, Jaden Helems, Kaden Bartell, Kyler Bartell and Kyra Helems; her great great grandchild Romeo Helems; and her sister Charlene Reed of Mattoon, IL..
