He is survived by: his parents, William L. Adams and Dorothy F. Adams (Garber) of Metamora; his wife Jennifer S. Medley of Germantown Hills; his son Isaac Adams of Germantown Hills; and his sisters, Beth Adams of Metamora, Michelle Highberger (William) of Bettendorf, IA, Karen Mischler (Jeremy) of Metamora and Amy Young (Mark) of Germantown Hills. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
