Joann Rae DeCroix Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joann Rae DeCroix of Germantown Hills, Illinois, who passed away on February 28, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Raymond Jackson and Marie Campbell (Handley); her husband Victor Joseph DeCroix; her siblings, John Raymond Jackson, Judith Kay Moats and Gayle Lynn Hinkle; and her son-in-law Rick Gebhardt.
She is survived by: her children, Vickie Burroughs (Gerry) of Pekin, IL, Raymond DeCroix (Holly) of East Peoria, Debra Gebhardt (late Rick) of Pekin, IL, Stephen DeCroix (Diane) of Spearfish, SD and Michael DeCroix (Michelle) of Washburn, IL; and her brother Richard Floyd Jackson of Springfield, IL.. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-nine great-grandchildren; fourteen great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Willow Hill United Methodist Church (304 E Far Hills Dr, East Peoria, IL 61611). A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
