He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Lyon and Wilma Lyon (Benton). He is survived by: his wife Lauryn "Lori" Schlink; his children, April Lyon of Washington, IL and Aaron Lyon of Germantown Hills; his grandchildren, Andrew Coker, Aiden Smith, Timothy and Nathan Lyon; and his brothers, Donald Lyon (Kim) of East Peoria, IL and Randy Lyon of Springfield, VA.
