She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman C. Winkler and Iris L. Winkler (Kearney); her sons, Jim Bailey III (Renee) of Metamora and Bill Bailey; her grandchildren, Curtis Bailey and Trina Bailey; her great grandchild Luke Wernsman; and her siblings, Wilbur of Norm, Bill "Bud", Curt, Floyd, Dorothy, Lucy "Dot", Rosie, Beatrice "Mickey" and Patty.
She is survived by: her husband Benno J. Wernsman of Germantown Hills; and her children, Dixie Dehart of Bloomington, IL, Dan Bailey (Deb) of East Peoria, IL, Kevin Bailey (Debra) of Pekin, IL, Brett Bailey of Smithfield, IL, Bonita Boyd of Metamora, IL, Tom Wernsman of Metamora, IL and Alberta Fandel (Greg) of Germantown Hills, IL. She is also survived by thirty grandchildren; eighty-seven great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
