He is survived by: his parents, Bert R. Cusac and Shirley A. Cusac (Gohl); his wife Lisa M. St. Clair; his daughters, Tara Cruz (Joe) of Watertown, Alexa "Lexi" Cusac of Peoria and Ava Cusac of Metamora; his grandson Liam Cruz of Watertown; and his siblings, Steve Cusac (Karen) of East Peoria, Becky Smith (David) of Pekin and Daniel Cusac (Gina) of Godfrey.
