He was predeceased by: his father Donald Wheeler. He is survived by: his mother Karen Wheeler (Latimer); his wife Melanie Meadows of Germantown Hills; his children, Christopher Wheeler (Erica) of Stoughton, WI, Charles Shay of Brookfield, IL, Sally Shay of Indianapolis, IN and Nolan Wheeler; and his siblings, Brad Wheeler, Renee Beebe (Kevin), Doug Meadows (Linnea) and Stephanie Kinney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
