She was predeceased by: her parents, Mearle Evans and Modie L. Friend Evans. She is survived by: her husband Timothy P. Allen; her son Corey Sr. of Washington, IL; her grandchildren, Layla, Corey Jr. and Landon; and her brother Sam Evans (Pam) of Tinley Park, IL..
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Illinois Cancer Care or the Nursing Program at Illinois Central College.
