In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Allan leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Allan may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip K. Smallwood and Lois A. Smallwood (Kaiser); and his brothers-in-law, Billy Hanson and Dave Stambaugh. He is survived by: his son Dustin Cook (MariEllen) of Germantown Hills; his granddaughter Serenity Cook; and his siblings, Debra Hansen of Ralls, TX, Mary Stambaugh of Washington, IL and Gary Smallwood (Gay) of Norfolk, VA. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Allan Smallwood's name.
