With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sandra K. Haefner of German Valley, Illinois, born in Freeport, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 14, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Sandra leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Sandra may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald L. McPhillips and Gladys V. McPhillips (Smith); her sister Nancy Wikstrom; her daughter Tina Stewart; and her great grandchild Andrew James Wren.
She is survived by: her former husband George K. Siegmeier. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren, and 41 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel (608 S Park Blvd, Freeport, IL 61032). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Schwarz Park (608 S Park Blvd, Freeport, IL 61032).
