She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leonard C. Hagemann and Alice M. Hagemann (Heckman); her husband Dave O'Brien of German Valley, IL; her close friend Pam; her children, Kelly O'Brien of St. Louis, MO and Tonya Johann (Jon) of Rockton, IL; her brothers, Larry Hagemann (Lynnie) of German Valley, IL and John Hagemann (Karen) of Pahrump, NV; and her grandchildren, Mikaya Reuber-Johann, Irelyn O'Brien, Rylee O'Brien and Destiny Johann.

A memorial has been established in Pat's memory.
