With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Andrea Heather Kelsey (German Valley, Illinois), born in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on September 12, 2022 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Chris, Maude Fox and Harry Russell. She is survived by: her sons, Spencer Kelsey (Destiny) of Byron Illinois and Evan Kelsey of Lexington Kentucky; her parents, Gene Fox and Terry Fox; and her grandmother Shirley Russell.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Silver Creek Reformed Church, German Valley, IL.
